Here at Jazzy Jay's Java we use nothing but the best because we want the best for our guests. "Texas Coffee Traders is an artisanal coffee roaster and local specialist in all things coffee. Since 1994, [they] have provided the freshest beans and most hospitable service to Austin & the surrounding area with a commitment to sustainability, quality, and community" (Texas Coffee Traders). All coffee brewed at Jazzy Jay's Java is hand selected and chosen with quality in mind, Fair Trade & Organic. Same for the syrups, organic selections made by Monin.
With over 100 coffees offered, Jazzy Jay's Java selects coffee sure to suit any palate. Our Menu for brews include coffee, teas, and specialty seasonal refreshments. Our beverages are made to order and can be made hot, cold, or frappe-style.
Our team consists of one woman and her mobile 'she-shed'; here to make a difference, Jessy De La Rosa and Millie. What started out as a hobby quickly turned into a part-time job for Jessy. The name originates from her childhood nickname 'Jay' and the little camper turned mobile coffee-bar adds just the right amount of jazz in the mix.

Truly Great Coffee
Introducing
Home-made Baked Goods
taste.
As a young girl, I remember watching my mother bake and prepare her home-made pies for the holidays. It was that one thing momma was famous for and she was great at it! It wasn't just making pies though, it was her signature crust that was, oh so flaky and buttery. When she moved, it was a given responsibility to continue her tradition. No pressure! She had only been doing this for 20 years.
She trusted I could handle that job and handed down her secrets with one request...never to give up her family recipe. Gulp! Could I do this? This is a major role to be filling! Of course I could, after all, I am her daughter. Right? So I did; and I introduced 'Momma's Pecan Pie', 'Marcy's Cocoa Pie', 'Puddy's Dewberry Pie', and my all time favorite, 'The Classic Cherry Pie' to Jazzy Jay's Java and began incorporating baked goods into my seasonal pop-up spots.
Once I realized I enjoyed baking, I began to experiment with bundt cakes, home-made cookies, and home-made breads. Turns out, recipes out of the old cookbooks are alright. Everything I make is made from scratch.
